White Admiral: Limenitis arthemis arthemis

Here’s a shot I took of a White Admiral butterfly, Limenitis arthemis arthemis, in my back yard and uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons; you can read more about their lifecycle on this page (in French; Google translation to English here). Fun factoid from that page: its caterpillar avoids predators by looking like a bird dropping :)
